Ann Louise Ramsey is an author, artist and musician. An avid photographer and skilled graphic designer, Ann has found imaginative and delightful ways to bring to life the simple, yet profound, messages found in all her children’s picture books.

“I love the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. Hiking and camping in the mountains inspires me and fills me with peace. My love of nature and love for my dog are the two main ingredients that have gone into the creation of my books.”

Living in Western Colorado with her muse Honey the Cocker Spaniel, Ann devotes much of her time to learning and doing creative work. At the top of the list is her passion for photography and doing freelance web and graphic design work for others. In her free time, Ann enjoys camping in the mountains and playing her fiddle with friends.
